Loss of pet - Family Grief - Struggling, Emotions and feelings confusion. Director - Owner Sylvanna Scott ( myself ) with a team of staff has been running Happy Tails Paws Pet Minding and looking after pet owners and pets for the last 8 years. While running the day to day operations and staff I decided to follow my passion and study to become a Mediation Counsellor with areas of pet bereavement, family sadness, compassion, pets in domestic violence relationships , and generally doing the right thing by the client.
